Parents over 70+ traveling for first time to USA

I have read your advise to many people on the immihelp website. I stay in India and my brother stays in the USA. My parents would be visiting him in the uSA next month and since they are both over 70 years and are travelling abroad for the first time, please advise me the medical insurance policy which suits them.
