State restrictions in Liaison Worldwide

I just read some fine print on your website regarding the "Liason Worldwide" plan.
It says that it's not vaild in certain states, such as Oregon and Washington. These are precisely the 2 states i'm going to visit (as I reside overseas) and i've already purchased this insurance.

Does it mean that the plan I purchased is worth nothing if i'll be traveling to these states?? If so, is there any way to change the plan without incurring extra fees?

I completely understand your concern.

However, please note that state related restriction is only for US residents going abroad.

For visitors to USA, the insurance is valid everywhere in the US and state related restriction does NOT apply.
