My parents are thinking of immigrating to the US next year. My brother and I are both US Citizens and they are all alone in India, hence their desire to come here.
My father turned 80 this year and my mother is 77 years old. My father is in good shape, takes medication for bp etc and has not had any major illnesses or surgeries or heart attacks etc.
My mother just had a stent inserted in her heart, as a preventative to prevent heart attacks as a routine checkup in India showed an arterial blockage. She has recovered quite well and is also otherwise in good health.
What kind of insurance options are available for them, and what can we expect in terms of monthly premiums?
