My dad and sister would be coming to US on 23rd June for 45 days and my mom would be coming on the exact same date of 23rd June but would stay here for 65 days.

What kind of insurance should I purchase for all 3 of them (combined or separate ??)

Should I get the insurance from India or from US itself??

What is the avg monthly charge for insurance in US, heard it's 100$/per person per month??

Can I purchase the insurance before hand (1 month in advance) and keep?

1. You should buy separate insurance for each of them. Anway, the policy maximum is per person, deductible is per person, price is per person and there is no advantage in combining them together in one policy.

However, if they are separate, you get more flexibility such as different dates for different person. And that is required anyway in your case your mother is has different dates.
