You are not reading it correctly. Outside USA/Canada, there is coinsurance. That means, insurance company will pay 100% after the deductible. You don't have to pay 10% (coinsurance) that you would pay in US/Canada.

Thanks for clarification. My worries are because of savings at risk when something cat*****phic occurs.
