Major difference:
Liaison International: After deductible, 80/20 to $5,000 then 100% to policy max.
Liaison Majestic: After deductible, 90/10 to $5,000 then 100% to policy max.
Liaison Continent Plan A: After deductible, 80/20 to $2,500, then 90/10 to next $5,000 then 100% to policy max.
Liaison Continent Plan B: After deductible, 75/25 to policy max.

One more question: Does the insurance plan cover unexpected medical emergencies in transit (to and fro) or does the plan coverage starts after landing in US and ends after take off? Depending on the answer I can include days of travel.

In order to cover during the travel time as well, you need to make the insurance effective date one day in advance of the travel date. In that case, it will cover anywhere outside India.
