Best Comprehensive Medical insurance plan for my Father

Hi

My Father is visiting Dallas (Tx) on 4th Feb09. I have some questions :
1. I think it is better to cover from starting time of his Journey from Hyderabad and till he reaches back to Hyderabad after stay of 4 ~ 5 months
in Dallas USA .. Any suggestions ?
2. There are lot of insurance agencies to choose from.. Its bit confusing.
I have decided to go for a Comprehensive Medical Insurance plan after going thru lot of valuable suggestions from Narendra (Special Thanks to him for his
detailed replies with lot of useful information) though its bit costly.
But I want to have mental peace incase of any unexpected emergencies.
It would be grateful if someone (especially if Narendra) replies back with some
good USA Insurance provider who can provide more benefits with less headaches.
I am ready to pay little bit higher premium, but not interested to run here & there in case of any emergency.
The insurance provider should have more coverage in most of the big hospitals and I should pay least possible amount as co pay..

As the journey date is very nearby, i have to finalize a insurance provider very soon and pay online to buy the insurance.
