Question regarding Medicare part A holder

My husband and I intend to purchase "Visitor Medical Insurance - For visitors to USA" through you.
We are both US citizens living outside of USA and plan to return to USA for 3 months.
We hold Medicare part A but not part B.
We are free for hospitalization up to 90 days. Do we have to pay the same premium as those who without Medicare part A?
I can not find any information regarding Medicare part A holder from your website.

The site that you recommanded is still not fit my situation.
There are 3 categories eligible for this policy. A. Foreign nationals visiting the US. B. US citizens traveling outside the US. C. 3rd country nationals traveling outside the home country.
All these 3 categories do not fit us.
We are US citizens holding Medicare part A and will return to USA for 3 months. We want a 3-months insurance inside USA.
Do you have any suggestions?

But you are also eligible. If you are US citizen who lives abroad, and is temporarily returning to the US for less than 6 months, and planning to go back, you are buy the insurance for any duration less than 6 months.
