Visitor Insurance for Asthematics

My parents aged 59 and 57 are visting in a week. My father is asthma patient while my mother is suffering from Glaucoma. Considering this, what would be my options for insurance. I know there is something called Pre-Existing conditions but can I get any help? I am not even sure of what to look for in insurance coverage. Will the insurance companies for my father's doctors visit for treatment of Asthma, which is a pre-existing condition?
