Need a little advise

Hi,

I am looking for health coverage for my mother who will be arrivingUS on Oct 6 for 6 months...She is 58 yrs old and (touch wood) healthy. But i want to to purchase comprehensive coverage. So i was looking at "Patriot America" and "Atlas America". Which one do you think is better? I have read that Atlas America has a better network (Hygeia/First Health PPO) than Patriot America (First Health PPO). Also the Atlas America pays 100% if we visit doctors in-network and Patriot America pays 90%. Does this mean that Atlas America is better than Patriot America? Thanks in advance for any advise.
