Insurance for age over 75 years

Hi,

my parents are aged 75 years and 72 years. At this age do we have any insurance provider who covers them? I am not finding by general search. If anyone of you have any experience on similar note please share. I am open for Indian and US insurance companies. I would prefer cashless handling obviously if possible. Please suggest.
