Multi trip visitors insurance

My parents are visiting US very often. like 4 or 5 times a year. do they have to get new insurance whenever they re-enter USA? do they have to change insurance company everytime or they can apply for the same company for their insurance whenever they enter USA? I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

You will have to buy a new plan for every visit. They are all single trip plan.

You can buy the same plan from the same company or different plan from the same company or different plan from the different company. It is entirely up to you.
