My wife and our daughter will travel from Kenya to Italy from June 02-to-July 01, 2010. I would like to purchase the above referenced comprehensive
coverage plan for them.

Please furnish me with details of using the insurance in Europe e.g. any PPO network, claim procedure/process,...?

Outside USA there is no PPO network, so you are free to visit any dr. or hospital.
For dr. visit it depends upon dr. whether they billed to the insruance company directly or not.
But for hospitalization it will be direct payment through insurance company.
