I am planning on visiting the U.S. and Canada for six month starting 26th of April 2010. Does your health insurance cover a road accident???

Thanks for the reply ,looks like the best for my wife and I would be the Atlas America. Will we be covered in Canada? We are going to be touring the U.S. and Canada for six months and Atlas seems to be the better option. Am I correct???
