Medical Insurance

I am going as a tourist to visit my brother. I have 1 year multiple entry visa. I am 26, single, with no health problems except a broken ankle (fractured 3 weeks ago). I dont know the duration of stay i will get on I-94. Which insurance should I be Buying.

It is renewable and it has very big PPO network and therefore widely accepted by doctor.
