IMG Insurance is it any good

My parents are visiting the US next month and i found this website which offered fantastic rates they called themself Visitors Care Insurance , it seems to be part of IMG.
The rates are really good and i know about them not covering pre existing condition.
I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with IMG before.
And also they are travelling from india and i am buying the insurance here....is there any medical formality they will have to complete in india , like get a physician's report etc.
