my interview was good until the officer open my old Jamaica passport and saw that i enter the country when I was 10 years old on a k2 visa. she had all the evidence that my marriage was real and also my wife is 9 months pregnant. after everything she said that she can't approve my I-485 because I need an affidavit of support from the person who petitioned for me to enter the enter the country meanwhile my wife that I currently live with petition for me and they approve her I-130
so my question is if I enter as a minor and now I'm an adult 27 yr old now do I still need the person that petition for me to enter the country affidavit support or my wife petition should be enough?

My interview was on the 13th June. Interview was a bit shaky. Nerves got the better of my husband. I answered all the questions correctly to the best of my knowledge and was expecting to be approved on the spot. So I am on the waiting list again. I don't know what's next. We have an appointment at 1:00pm and IO called us on time. IO so nice and funny. After review our documents on his desk, he started interview us.
- He asked me and my spouse all information filled on I-485 and I-130 ( Name, DOB, SSN, Job, etc,............)
- How do we meet, who asking for First Met, who proposal.
- Where do guys proposal( Home or some places)
- Are you accept right away or respond later?
- Where you wife( husband) working now. What do she( he) do ?
- When guys celebrate wedding party?
- Are you living together in same house?
Can you show me your evidence show both live together.
- Tax return, Bank statement, Gas Bill, Utility Bill, Electric Bill, Rental Agreement
- Employment Verification, Car Title, Pay Stub
- Medical record seal from doctor office
After review everything, he say your interview done today. Within 2 hour we'll update on USCIS Case Status and we will send notice letter in 30 days if we approved your application.
Interview Day Completed
Caution: Your interview will be completed until your guys leave out the USCIS building. He still looking and make some interview question us on the way he take us go to waiting room.

IO was straight to the point. Asked how we met, when we got married,if we had a reception.
Just like a normal conversation. My minor daughter was with me because she was getting her visa adjusted too.
After 20 minutes(the whole interview took 20 minutes),IO said,I-130 approved and stamps the I-130, now that this is approved,I can approve your I-485.
Proceeds to stamp I-485. "Congratulations! Now you are legal permanent residents of the USA"
You have to come back after 2 years to apply for a removal of restrictions,as long as you are still married to your husband.
You can start this process 3 months before the said 2 years.
And in 2 years and 9 months, you can apply for a US citizenship.
Your green card will arrive in 2 weeks.
