Applied as a single father. Application was put on hold by vfs for more than 3 weeks due to "missing" marriage cert and mother's passport. took several attempts to get a response from vfs re next steps. finally CGI NY (through Pramit) responded and suggested additional documents surrounding the case which were couriered to vfs. VFS then sent the application to CGI NY. took roughly 3 weeks to get the OCI card.
