June 15, 2019 - Received notification via email regarding case. Biometrics scheduled for July 3, 2019.
June 20, 2019 - Walked in my local ASC and approved for early Biometrics. Received an extension sticker on the back of my GC valid through June 2020.
June 21, 2019 - Biometrics received and reviewed by USCIS.
June 23, 2019 - Received status from USCIS stating my GC has been produced and completing quality review.
June 26, 2019 - Checked Online Status link through USCIS website and shows that USPS picked up my GC and will be delivered on June 28, 2019.
June 28, 2019 - I am hoping its in my mailbox by the time i get home. Tracking number shows it is out for delivery and scheduled to be delivered by 8PM today.

Green Card (I-90) Timeline
May 10, 2019 - Submitted my application (Replace Permanent Resident Card) online - Received by USCIS
May 11, 2019 - Received a message thru my USCIS Account about Biometrics Appointment (May 28, 2019 @ 3 in the afternoon)
May 28, 2019 - Biometrics Appointment - DONE
May 31, 2019 - I received a message thru my USCIS Account stating "We produced your green card and are completing our quality review.
June 4, 2019 - Check the status of my application using my Receipt Number and say Card was picked up by the United States Postal Service with a tracking number. Checked on the tracking number and delivery date June 6, 2019

Just surprised how fast it goes from online application till delivery. Thinking that all that I've read regarding replacement application states that it will take 8-12 months for me to receive the physical card. During my Biometrics Appointment they placed a sticker at the back of my green card that shows it being extended for 1 year.

I-90 replacement due to original GC issued with error
My daughter received her GC back in July 2018, whilst I realized about 2 month later the sex (gender) shows on her card specified as M (male).
Sharing here the timeline to receive new card with I-90 case:

Aug-28-2018 - I-90 form was filled online at uscis website. I uploaded copy of GC with the error and also birth certificate, as well as passport and copy of I-485 where application stated the correct gender. In order not to pay for the application I had to specify the reason for replacement - uscis error. If you are in fault for this kind of error do not expect not to pay for the card replacement.

Aug-29-2018 - We received your Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card, and mailed you a receipt notice. It is being processed at our Integrated Operating Env location.

Sep-2018 - received NOA for application receipt and it was saying that a new bio-metrics appointment will follow but a week later a new letter stated that existing bio-metrics on file (from July 2017) would be reused, so no appointment is required.

Oct-31-2018 - We mailed a request for additional evidence for your Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card. the RFE requested the original card be sent to VA uscis location, which I did few days later.

Nov-19-2018 - We received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card. Our Integrated Operating Env office is working on your case again. this status confirmed the original card sent via mail arrived.

Feb-26-2019 - We are producing your new card for your Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card.

March-1-2019 - On March 1, 2019, we produced your new card for your Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card, Receipt Number ##########

Mach-5-2019 Got USPS notification that package from uscis will arrive on March-7, eventually status changed twice on same day. once said it will be delivered on Mar-6, and then to delivered the same day (Mar-5)

Overall it took a bit more than 6 months to get new card.

Worth to mention that I scheduled an infopass appointment on Dec-2018, when I realized the new card is not going to be sent soon enough, and we might need to get out of the country, so I wanted to get i-551 stamp on her passport (valid for 1 year). other than get the appointment itself that was very quick and straight forward process.

undelivered green card

i am currently having a hard time with usps and uscis over my green card which was mailed but never delivered and i am willing to chase this to the roots even if i have to sue usps. in my case it was mailed on the 14th of october 2015 to arrive on the 16th of october but till date i am yet to receive i have been to the usps office repeatedly and the postmaster promised to send me the letter of non deliverance which usps requested but till date i got nothing and no body cares! usps is asking me to pay over $400 which i dont have and the status of my card is showing still in transit not delivered i have reasons to believe that someone either in the usps or uscis or both re doing some illegal business with these cards on the side otherwise why is no one being held responsible for the non delivery of these cards?????? why do they expect the applicants to just go ahead and pay again as if we pick money off the streets ? anyway have you been able to resolve this yet ? i am thinking of suing usps at this juncture because i am definitely not paying another dime - not that i have it anyways. someone here suggested i apply for a fee waiver but that is a very longish form that only lists finanacial hardship as reason for a waiver.this is a matter of principle and someone needs to be made to take responsibility i have read so many blogs with people going through the same issues- please could someone advise me on what i can do ?

The Green card that never arrives...
We had been told that our green card was sent in February but it never arrived and they said it was never sent back. What are the odds of that? Not much. The U.S. postal system is good I have never had a letter not get to me nor my parents, I thought it was a scam to get more money or just to discourage us. So for 400 dollars we ordered another one. This one was supposedly sent on June 22nd...it never arrived either. Has anyone else had this problem of green cards never arriving?? Is this a scam or gross ineptitude?

Green card night mare
i had a really bad experience with trying to replace my greencard. It was stolen and i need it to be replace in order to get a copy of my driver license. so we went to the office locations that was given to us online and i found out later on after two hour of time wasting around downtown atlanta that they had move and their online system need plenty of update and it is not helpful. when we finally got there to the right office i had to wait for two hour and it come to be they just give me a number ticket to wait again. they could've of just gave it to me but they are just jerks people who work there. They aren't helpful or professional. i want to maek a complaint on them. They was to my experience racist and don't want to help

Green Card Replacement
I had my Permanent Resident Card replaced through the Support Center in Gardena, California. The staff and the officers there were absolutely professional, helpful, courteous and kind. The whole operation at that facility is extremely organized. I completed the application and paid on line, and had an appointment within a week. I arrived when they opened in the morning on a Saturday and the process was completed and I was on my way home by noon. My new card was received in the mail before the end of the following week. I was so impressed!
