My wife got a 221g for her F1 stamping. They took her passport and she was asked for CV and research paper which she already submitted on 15th Jul.
Status is AP since then. Any idea how much it is taking these days to clear F1 221g ? She was currently in her CPT in USA. She had to go back to India on an urgent basis for family reasons. It has been 19 days .. no updates till now
Update 08/04/2016 :Status updated as of 08/04/2016 but still showing AP
Update 08/05/2016 :Issued.
In all it took about 21 days. Best of luck to everyone waiting. If your case is genuine , you will get approval. As I have seen, 95% of the cases get approval.
