hi all,
Its been 90 days now, no update from consulate yet , got 221g saying additional administrative processing is required, they just took my client letter and my client was verified to validate the client letter and this was done in july itself, still waiting anyone with similar situation.
I have called NVC and consulate too but got same standard reply saying we cant tell you the time frame for AP.
I have my h1b till march of 2017, will they be giving visa for 5 months, don't know what to do any suggestions please?
Finally I Thanks God, Got an email on September 30th to submit my passport and the status changed to issued on October 5th and collected my passport with Visa Stamped in it. I had no issues at POE too.
Finally my advise is to send reminders to consulate ever month after 60 days and tell your employer to email the consulate too and after 3 - 4 months you will receive a reply from the consulate if your documents are all Genuine.
