Interview was on 04-Oct-2016, I switched end client on Mar 2015, but new LCA/H1B was not filed/amended because as per employer it was in same MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area), I went for stamping and VO asked for client letter which I did not have, waited around for couple of hours and VO gave me Blue slip with 221g asking for new LCA and Amended H1B docs. The documents were uploaded to cloud but that was not accepted and I had to send them again on 02-Nov-2016.
