221g white slip to submit - invitation letter, CV, details of present and past research, statement of purpose for the US trip, itinerary, accompanying travelers, and source of funding.
The officer who collected my passport told me to wait at least 2 weeks.
Documents submitted next day (18th November 2016). Received automated reply within 5 minutes.
