VO kept all my documents after interview but returned my passport stating that my case needed some extra time and decision cannot be made right now. I specifically asked if my visa is refused but he said, No! my case need administrative processing. He also told when i get an email from embassy i need to turn in my passport to the embassy for visa issuance.
Received email to turn in my passport at nearest VAC center on 01/24/2017.
