I have attended my visa interview for H1B stamping on Nov 23, 2016 in Hyderabad.
The Visa Officer has taken my passport and said that " visa has been approved. But it can take 4 days instead of 2 days for "Administrative Processing" , sorry for inconvenience." However, she handed a white slip 221(g) form before I was about to leave. No documents have been requested from me though.

3rd status update: 07 Dec: Admin Processing
4th status update: 08 Dec : Issued
Dec 09: Passport ready for Pick up
Dec 12: Picked up the passport.
