Sent documents on 12/06 and did not receive any confirmation. Called them on 12/22 and they asked me to send an email to [email protected] to check whether they have received the documents. They replied saying I should have received an auto response when I sent the documents. Since I had not received any auto response, they asked me to send them the documents which they will forward to concerned department. The same day I sent another email with required documents to [email protected] and got an auto response. Also sent the documents to [email protected] and got a confirmation from them they have received my documents and will forward it to concerned department.
