I have a PhD from a US University and I do research in CS related topics. Interview went very well and we had a really cordial chat. The officer said both my wife's and my visa were approved. After four days I checked the ceac website and my wife's visa (H4) has been issued while mine (H1) has gone into administrative processing. No slip given. No documents asked. I did not recieve any email. My wife went through something similar two years ago for her H1 (she got a slip at that time) and it took two months. Hoping it doesnt take that long this time.
