I had my interview on Oct 28, 2016. The visa officer asked me questions like my designation, what kind of work I do, for how long I've been part of the company that I currently work at, my Masters (I've a Masters degree from a US University) and major, if I was out of status anytime during my stay in US and the VO gave me a 221g white slip and told me that it would not take more than 1 to 2 business days for this process to be complete and suggested me to reach out to the embassy in case if I do not hear back in another week from my interview date. The VO retained my passport and did not ask for any additional documents, also, I did not receive any emails asking for additional documents.
As of now, it's still in "Administrative Processing" status and the status hasn't changed from Oct 28, 2016.
