H1 Extension Application
12/7 - Interview Date, was issued a white slip to submit additional documents
12/9 - Submitted all the requested docs
1/10 - Contacted support and was given a generic reply that it takes 60 days for processing and each case differs
1/17 - Received approval from consulate to submit my passport
1/18 - Submitted passport
1/20 - Received email and text that passport is available for pickup
1/22 - Collected passport from Trade Center
Based on the entries from the forum it seems folks who have submitted their docs/appeared for their interview in the first week of Dec are receiving their approvals this week. Ideally i've finished 5 weeks already since the time i submitted my docs so hoping i can get my approval or status update by early next week. Let me know if anyone is in the same time frame of Dec 2nd week for their interview date and have heard back from the consulate. Thanks
