I went for interview on 23rd Dec. I have a MS in Electrical Engineering(vlsi design) from a US university and have been working with a semiconductor company for 2 years in the US on F1-OPT and FT-OPT Stem extension. I came to India for H1B stamping and was issued a white slip asking for an invitation letter, resume, research publications and travel related information. I have not been involved in any research so I provided as much information as I could about my work related current and past projects instead. I also got my responses checked by my company lawyer before emailing the requested documents. I received an auto reply saying that documents were received and the processing will take 4-6 weeks.
