Hi, Its been more than 60 days from the day of visa processing and document submission but my visa is still in process. I had opened 5 cases using support help but I get the same generic response as visa is in process. Any ideas?

1. TCS was your first company? Yes
2. What does AIT Global do ? I explained .. but the only word he catched was providing software consultants.
3. How many years it has been in US? 4
4. When did you join thje new company ? I answered
5. What is your job type ? explained.. only word he could catch was JAVA
