Interview was on Jan 3 2017. My company A got merged into parent company B 15 months back. My petition was on company A and my payroll is on B. Took all official merger documents provided by my employer. I am on EVC model. VO asked about my client , annual salary and ask whether i work for client at his location. Waited for 5 minutes and issued 221g white slip asking me to submit below documents through mail.
• I129 & LCA
• Employment letter
• Client Letter stating vacancy
• Client Agreement
• Project detail, worksite location and marketing analysis of final product
• Complete itinerary of services going to perform for the duration of the petition
My employer submitted response on 11 JAN 2017 to [email protected] address. There is no update later on and still showing Admin processing.
