At the time of interview , I was asked basic questions I was requested to wait for 3 hours.
After 3 hours, I was handed over a 221g Blue Slip asking me to submit additional documents. All my other documents along with my Passport was returned to me.
Docs needed were - Copy of Petition including all supporting docs, Project Description Document, Petitioner's Federal Tax Returns
I work as a full-time employee in an e-Commerce firm (In-House Employment)
23rd Jan - Attorney submitted all required documents to Chennai Consulate
9th Feb - Received email with another 221g asking for the same set of documents
9th Feb- This time I submitted all required docs to Chennai Consulate
6th March - Email from Consulate asking me to Submit Passport
10th March - 1st time Case Last Updated Date Changed - But still AP
13th March - Again Case Last Updated Date Changed - Still AP
14th March - Status Changed to Issued
14th March - Passport ready for Pickup
