Applied for H1B transfer from a relatively unknown smaller firm. Had an H1B from Accenture and had lived in US for ~10months in 2012-13. The Consular officer inquired a lot about the firm and didn't ask a single question related to my personal profile. Eventually, I was handed a white slip with a request to submit following documents 1. Last 2 years' tax statements of the petitioner 2. Client contract (my firm has a direct contract with end client) 3. Notarized list of all employees of the firm The timeline of events is as given below * Interview Date: 18 Jan * Document Submission: 01 Feb * 1st Update at NVC: 07 Apr * 1st Update on CEAC: 10 Apr (status still Admin Processing)
