B.G Arrested and Fingerprinted on charges of DV in Oct 2014. Case dismissed with "failure to prosecute" in Jun 2015. First Stamping after arrest New Delhi Dec 5,2015:- Submitted court dismissal documents. Visa approved after 221g on Dec 16th 2015. Second stamping:- took appointment on last day of Feb. The VO lady asked for court docs, I gave court dismissal document. She denied visa right on the spot and asked to re-appear with all other court papers. Got more letters from lawyer and order of dismissal signed by judge, basically written form of the first dismissal doc. I.V on 03/10. 1. 221(g) 10th March, Admin processing 2. PPT returned on 24th March with another yellow 221g, submit Panel Physician report 3. Collected docs(ppt,slip,court docs) from VFS 03/27, took appt in max,New delhi, 03/29 4.Submitted all docs again(ppt, same court docs again, 797, max report) on 3rd April 5. Still A.P., showing case update:-03/10. Embassy has my docs(confirmed) 6. 04/19 Case UP, 04/25 Issue
