VO officer informed that she(VO) could not find the i797 ID in the system .
She told like it might be a system issue but I can’t decide it now by herself and will push it to administrative processing to make the decision. VO office told like she is keeping both passports ( Wife’s and Son ) and you will be informed about the status and you can leave .
