My Case Update based c(9) and AOS 485 for the ones that have a similar case.
Only one SR initiated (see below). Local congressman initiated a investigation (see below). No Expedite even though I had a offer letter.
Made a few calls to USCIS once a week after the 90 days to inquiry about status and spoke to a level 2 immigration officer about visibility into my case and background/name checks..etc, but they don't have too much to share. They just say have patience.
I remained focus and patient.
PD = 2 May, 2917 (Case received by USCIS)
BIOMetrics Appt Notice = 19 May, 2017
BIOMetrics Appointment at ASC = 31 May, 2017
SR Initiated by my Attorney = 3 Aug, 2017 (91 Days)
Received email from USCIS = 15 Aug, 2017 (Case is under review and a decision will be made shortly)
Local Congressman Request = 4 Aug, 2017 (92 Days)
Received letter from Congressman = 11 Aug, 2017 (USCIS review indicates my application is within their current processing times)
New Card Produced = 18 Sept, 2017
