This intrvw was for my 2nd H1 stamp (first from current employer). After basic questions, was handed a 221G form. VO returned PP+ all petition docs to me. I emailed all 221g listed docs + additional employer issued letters. ***It seems, when we are asked to present our "petition documents" at time of interview, these never include the 221g requested documents e.g. Resume, separate Job details, Research details, Funding source for e.g.as listed on my 221G.*** I guess we need to hand these over at the same time as petition documents. I do not believe there is any merit to most 221g holds. If we have the 221g required documents handy, we should present them right away to VO no matter if they are not in requested format . My background: MS in Bio field, working in a top ranked non-profit hospital.
