Got a 221g, with blue slip stating additional administrative processing is required. This is my renewal through drop box. Sent documents, got the passports back after a week with a blue slip asking to attend interview. Attended interview and got 221g blue slip again. I work as an FTE for a top tech company and have been employed in US for the last 3.5 years. Came back to India for stamping. Had to stamp H1, and H4s and all went into admin processing.
