I was told visa approved during the interview. But after not seeing any update for 10 days i contacted the embassy and they told me that the "your application is refused under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act for administrative processing. After administrative
processing is complete, the application will be reconsidered". Not sure if this means the visa is refused or is still under consideration. In any case, if it doesn't come through soon, i won't be able to attend the school for my MBA and that will be a real heartbreak. They didn't even asked me to submit any document and did take my passport during the interview.
