2. -submitted requested doc on 27-June-2017 ( working for federal client do not have client letter).
3. -7-July-2017,Got the Reply from consulate to submit end client letter.
4. -13-July-2017 mail sent by my attorney saying "As per USCIS rule client letter not require in this case"
5. - Till now no response from consulate ..waiting and killing time
