I attended Hyderabad Consulate on July 25th along with my wife , she got her visa(H1B) and I received 221g -White form , VO asked regular questions about my job , after returning my passport repeatedly mentioned that it's a routine process, they will send an email within 2 hours and advised me to reply to that email and mention about my travel plans to expedite the process and will be completed in 2 weeks. I was on H1-B with approved I-140 before changing my status to H4-EAD.
I received an email from HYDadmin with in 3-4 hours after my interview and I replied to it on the same day, from then there is no change in my case status.

Update ; September 22nd
Email to submit passport-September 25th
Update 27th; Administartive processing
Update 28th; Issued; Passport still with the embassy
Received passport - 29th-travelled 30th
I am on H4-EAD
