Interview date : Aug 22nd 2017
VO asked regular questions and gave another blue slip to submit W2 and payslips.
Patiently waited till Sep 4th and then wrote a email to support@usvisadocs
They replied with the regular stuff but the status changed from Aug 22nd to Sep 5th.
I assumed it was because the support team accessed my files.
But somehow luckily my status changed to issued today. Sept 6h 2017.
But unfortunately my wife's status still remains in admin processin.
Has anyone gone through such issue.
Shall i again write to support@ustraveldocs team or wait?
