I have my approval from company A which is acquired by company B and I am currently working on same project, same vendor but paystubs from company B. VO asked for i797 for company B but I explained her that this is not required as the company B has acquired all legal assets and liabilities. Submitted the sales dead. Eventually got 221g.
After waiting for ore than 1 month, got email to submit the client to Vendor relationship documentation and also Client letter. Client , by their policy do not give such letter to consultant. However, my manager asked me to send email with all information that I want on client letter to which he replied that Company can not provide the letter however he approved the contents of email.
We submitted the other documentation along with the email from Client Manager on 7' Sep 17 and waiting endlessly.
As everyone does, sent out number of emails to support team and got same stereotypical reply. However, status date is unchanged over this 2 and half months.
