L1-L2 Visa Tracker

Unfortunately my L1-A Blanket visa got rejected today. there were no many questions asked by VO. VO : so, you work for XXXXX Ans : Yes sir VO : where will you go in the US Ans : I will be going to Southgate, Los Angeles VO : What is your salary in the US Ans : $XX,XXX VO : What is your designation in the US Ans : Business Controller VO : who will you report into in the USA Ans : I will be reporting to the CSO head whose name is XXX VO : CSO means? Ans : Customer Service Operator at last, he told me to check with HR and see if i can apply for another visa type and i was given the blue form. I just dont know what to do as a next step. just checked with attorney to see if i can apply L1 Individual VISA. can someone tell me shuolI wait to apply L1 Individual visa and i can do it right away? while i am also expecting an answer from attorny, i couldnt stop myself asking more info.what r d possibilites of getting L1 individual VISA and hw long does it tak for me to schdule again?
