Yesterday I went for h1b stamping , interview went well..at the end VO said he need to do some more time do research and will get back to me in 5-7 days .And he kept the passport with him , He dint gave me any slip . Now status is showing as Administrative processing and passport status is " with us consulate". I observed that he put some yellow sticky note on my passport after the interview and write sometime like "FPU".. I am not very sure .
One more thing .. I called US travel help desk this morning..and asked them about the status , they said ur case still is in normal processing , not in admin processing. It may take 2-3 more business days for the update.
Please suggest..What wrong with my case and what should be my point of actions.
Anyone' input will be very much appreciated..
