- attended in-person interview on 8/17, where VO issued blue slip asking for company's tax document, project description, itinerary of services and I-140.
- all docs submitted on 9/6 (3 weeks after interview date); received an update on 9/12 (within a week) asking for client contract and itinerary of services
- requested docs submitted on 9/21; received an update on 9/28 (1 week later) asking to submit passport
- passport submitted on 10/3
- at USCIS site (https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx) case last update changed on 10/10 but status was still “Administration Processing”
- on 10/13 (exactly after 3 working days) USCIS case status changed to “Issued”
- passport collected on 10/17
