I had been in US and had already had a COS from F1 to H1B.
My first time H1B stamping in New Delhi. VO asked me basic questions like company I work for , directly or client site, salary , my educational background. I was asked to go other window where I was provided a white 221g and was told that my case needed additional processing. I believe I fell under TAL as I had a previous Masters in Information security. I was told that it is usually processed in 3-4 weeks.
