Hi ,
I had the interview at delhi consulate for h1b stamping .
The VO asked basic questions about job role salary work location etc
and asked for the client later,which I showed her.and also the I797
but later she said "we understand you might have all the documents present right now with you:" still mail them the soft copy.then gave the 221g white slip with additional docs requested.
I was requested to submit docs like lca,paystubs for last 2 years,employer tax return for 2 years.
They returned my passport after the interview
This was my first time stamping ( i have been working for EV model for last 3 years already
case created was oct 20th
case updated last date earlier was 25thoct (interview date0
case update latest it shows now 06november
Does the case updated to today does mean anything?
Anyone with similar example?
