Notes:
Had an interview at US consulate in Hyderabad earlier today, VO asked me basic questions like who do I work for? which city am I working? what is my annual salary? Asked if I went to US as F1 student and when I graduated and also asked if I was ever out of status when on F1 status. Took my passport and said they may need 1-2 weeks for administrative processing, did not give me any slip or asked for any documents at the end of interview. Has anyone faced similar situation where they went through administrative processing without any slip being issued by the Visa Officer? Is this because the VO was not able to look at my educational history in the US or is this something else? Update timeline: Dec 6th - interview date Dec 13th- CEAC website updated to 13th, still in AP Dec 15th - CEAC updated again to 15th, and still in AP Dec 19th - Status changed to issued on CEAC website Dec 20th - Got notification to pick up the passport.
